Small Weddings, Big On Meaning

Are you planning an elopement OR MICRO WEDDING? Photographs are the way you remember every detail.
Why Choose A Micro Wedding?
Thereās something incredibly special about a micro wedding. Stripped back from the formalities and big guest lists, these smaller celebrations bring the focus right back to what matters most- the love between you two, and the people closest to you.
For Big Love Stories, On A Smaller Scale
I offer a dedicated micro wedding package designed for smaller, shorter celebrations- perfect if you’re planning a registry office ceremony, a garden gathering, or a simple but beautiful day surrounded by your nearest and dearest.
Want to know if shorter photography coverage is for you? Read my blog post about 4 hour timelines that work.

RACHEL IS THE MOST PROFESSIONAL, LOVELY AND TALENTED LADY!
She made us feel so relaxed, even my husband (who does not usually enjoy being in front of the camera) said he had the best time taking our couple portraits. You donāt think about how much time you end up spending with your photographer on your wedding day, but we honestly had so much fun with her! She knew exactly where to stand us, fought against the wind by constantly fluffing my veil and dress and was also able to control 16 drunk men for a group photo! The turnaround of receiving ALL of the photos was so fast I genuinely thought she must have sent me the email incorrectly ā but no, over 800 perfectly edited photos that I cannot stop staring at and have cured my wedding blues.

WHAT A FANTASTIC PHOTOGRAPHER!
Rachel was professional, polite and took the time to understand our vision in the prep calls. The morning of the wedding, Rachel arrived with a welcome sense of calm and control. From that moment on, she was an absolute joy, capturing stunning photos we never could have predicted and taking the time to make everyone feel comfortable. We canāt stop looking through the pictures and smiling, they tell the story of our day perfectly. Thank you for everything!

RACHEL CAPTURED OUR WEDDING DAY AT ORCHARDLEIGH ESTATE BEAUTIFULLY.
Itās so lovely to know we can look back on the photos and see all the unique, genuine, little moments, as well as the big moments that Rachel thought to capture due to her amazing intuition.
Neither my partner or I are particularly comfortable posing in front of a camera but Rachel put us at ease and guided us through with gentle tips for our couple shots. Rachel also managed to send through the first few of our couple shots to us on the night of our wedding which was super speedy and totally unexpected!
Working with Rachel felt relaxed and natural and this translated into our beautiful photographs that we love so much.
We canāt recommend Rachel enough!

About your photographer…
Iām a documentary wedding photographer based in Wiltshire, and I specialise in capturing real, honest moments. Most of my couples are tying the knot in beautiful places like the Cotswolds, Bath, Gloucester, and Oxford ā all perfect backdrops for intimate, relaxed celebrations.
What I love most about micro weddings is how personal they are. No pressure to perform, no need to follow traditions unless they mean something to you. Just you, your favourite people, and a day that feels truly your own. Itās these kinds of weddings that lend themselves so naturally to my storytelling style. I wonāt direct or pose you endlessly, Iāll simply be there to quietly observe and document the moments as they unfold: the laughter, the happy tears, the hugs, and all the little in-between moments that make the day yours.
HOW TO BOOK ME AS YOUR WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER
the process…
01
Inquire
Drop me an email via my form and tell me all about the plans you have for your day. Donāt miss anything out! Thereās no such thing as too much info. I want to hear it ALL.
02
Consult
Letās jump on a zoom call and get to know each other. I want you to both be sure Iām the right person to capture your day for you. Once the booking fee is paid, your date is secured! I will send over a contract for you to sign and a welcome email explaining next steps.
03
Prep
1 month before your wedding date you will receive an in depth questionnaire from me. This helps me get a better understanding of your wedding day schedule. We can then jump on a pre-wedding zoom call to discuss the final details & timings.
04
Session
A micro-wedding or elopement includes up to 4 hours of photography. We can decide together what parts of your day this includes, but typically I will arrive in time for the ceremony, and stay for portraits and to see you begin your celebrations together before making a quiet exit so you can enjoy your new married life!
05
Gallery
After one of the most amazing days of your life, you will receive your preview gallery with around 30-50 images! I usually send this within 3 days of the wedding. The rest of the gallery will be finished within 8-10 weeks.

Orchardleigh Estate Winter Wedding
There are some weddings that stay with you long after you’ve delivered the gallery, and Eleanor and Niall’s winter wedding at Orchardleigh Estate was one of them. On a bright November day, surrounded by crisp countryside views, warm fireplaces and the people they love most, they celebrated their marriage in a way that felt effortlessly…

A Relaxed Country Garden Wedding at Pythouse Kitchen Garden
Some weddings just instantly feel like your kind of day. Lizzie and Jackās wedding at Pythouse Kitchen Garden in Wiltshire was exactly that for me. Relaxed, emotional, stylish without trying too hard, and completely centred around actually enjoying the day rather than turning it into one long photoshoot. From the moment I arrived at The…

A Rainy Day Wedding At Larmer Tree Gardens
As a Wiltshire documentary wedding photographer, I often tell couples that the weather is just another element of their story, and Ella and Dannās day at Larmer Tree Gardens was the perfect example. Their outdoor ceremony was everything they dreamed of, even as the rain began the moment Ella walked down the aisle. Far from…
