A Boho Inspired Wedding At Chalk Barn
I recently had the pleasure of capturing a beautiful boho inspired wedding at Chalk Barn in Pewsey. Jody, the bride, added a personal touch to her bouquet by making her own macrame wrap, which looked absolutely gorgeous and like nothing I’ve seen before.
I provided 5 hours of photography coverage for Jody & Joe, capturing all the important moments of the day from bridal prep in the eco friendly cottage- Bramledown, to the guests enjoying themselves during the wedding breakfast. And of course, we managed to squeeze in some couple portraits during sunset later on in the day.

Chalk Barn provided a stunning backdrop for Jody & Joe’s outdoor wedding ceremony. Set on a hill, with its picturesque surroundings, you literally feel like you’re on top of the world at this wedding venue. And believe me, if it’s a windy day, you are going to know about it! Which it was on this particular October day but this did not stop these 2 saying their vows on the infinity lawn surrounded by the stunning views of the Wiltshire countryside.
As a Wiltshire wedding photographer, I love working at venues like Chalk Barn that offer so much inspiration for couples planning their big day. I have shot at Chalk barn numerous times and remember organising a styled shoot here back in 2019 when it was called Casterley Barn. This was before it was transformed into the contemporary wedding venue it is today. I also shot Polly & Pj’s wedding here in 2022, which was definitely a wedding to remember!
